What You Need

4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
2 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
6 Ritz 30% Less Fat Crackers, crushed
1/4 cup slivered almonds, coarsely chopped

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Place chicken in lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish; set aside.

MIX Miracle Whip and mustard until well blended. Spread top side of each chicken breast with 1 Tbsp. of the dressing mixture. Mix crackers and almonds; sprinkle evenly over chicken.

BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until chicken is cooked through (170°F).
