What You Need!

4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
2 Tbsp.  MIRACLE WHIP CALORIE-WISE Dressing
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
6   30% Less Fat RITZ Crackers, crushed
1/4 cup slivered almonds, coarsely chopped

Make It!

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Place chicken in lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish; set aside.

MIX dressing and mustard until well blended. Spread top side of each chicken breast with 1 Tbsp. of the dressing mixture. Mix crackers and almonds; sprinkle evenly over chicken.

BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until chicken is cooked through (170°F).

" Both the kids and adults in my family loved this chicken! I didn't have the cracker crumbs so I used bread crumbs instead and it still tasted fabulous. The combination of flavours is delicious and it's a great weeknight dish as it takes no time to prepare. It will quickly become one of your family's favs!"
