what you need

1/4 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. pesto
1 loaf (375 g) focaccia bread, split
2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb./250 g), grilled, sliced
4 slices (30 g each) provolone cheese
3/4 cup roasted red peppers
1 jar (6 fl oz/170 mL) artichoke hearts, drained, thinly sliced
1 cup mesclun salad greens

make it

MIX mayonnaise and pesto until well blended; spread evenly onto cut sides of bread.

COVER bottom half of bread with remaining ingredients and top half of bread.

CUT into four wedges to serve.

Instead of the traditional green pesto, try using sun-dried tomato pesto!
