TOSS 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into wedges; 2 peeled and sliced parsnips; 1 sliced fennel and 1 sliced medium red onion in a large baking dish.
MIX 1/2 cup each Kraft Catalina Dressing and cranberry juice and 1/4 cup maple syrup. Pour over vegetables.
BAKE at 350°F for 50 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
