2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into wedges
2 medium  parsnips, peeled, sliced
1 fennel, chopped
1 medium  red onion, sliced
1/2 cup KRAFT CATALINA Dressing
1/2 cup  cranberry juice
1/4 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup
Just follow our 3 simple steps

TOSS 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into wedges; 2 peeled and sliced parsnips; 1 sliced fennel and 1 sliced medium red onion in a large baking dish.

MIX 1/2 cup each Kraft Catalina Dressing and cranberry juice and 1/4 cup maple syrup. Pour over vegetables.

BAKE at 350°F for 50 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

" Although the kids and I like this, oterhes weren't as keen. I think I would add less Catalina and add something to give it a bit of kick. "
