3/4 cup apple juice
1 pkg.  (120 g) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 small apple, chopped
1/2 cup  frozen cranberries, thawed
1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans

BRING juice to boil in medium saucepan on high heat.

ADD stuffing mix, apples and cranberries; mix well. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.

STIR in pecans just before serving.

" I'm not a fan of stuffing but this was quite tasty. I used walnut pieces instead of pecans. The apples and cranberries made it very festive. The whole family seemed to enjoy it!"
