PLACE 1-1/2 cups flour, 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 tub (250 g) Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread in food processor. Pulse until mixture almost forms a ball.
SHAPE into a ball and refrigerate for 1 hr. or until well chilled.
ROLL half the pastry on lightly floured surface. Place in 9-inch pie plate.
MIX 6 peeled and sliced apples, 2/3 cup sugar, 2 Tbsp. flour and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Place in crust.
ROLL remaining pastry out and place on top of pie. Slit top then trim and pinch edges to seal. Bake at 400°F for 30 min.
