This is an amazing recipe! The dough is so easy to work with, and it tastes fantastic. I like to make it with half white sugar and half brown sugar, with a little bit of extra cinnamon. I also make 1 1/2 of the recipe for a thicker crust, and usually have left over to make little mini apple pies or tarts. I dot little bits of butter before I seal the pie crust.
