What You Need

2 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves

1 apple, thinly sliced

2 Tbsp. chopped celery

2 Tbsp. chopped pecans, toasted

2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Creamy Poppyseed Dressing

Make It

COMBINE ingredients.

SERVE immediately.

How to Toast Nuts

Spread nuts in single layer in shallow pan. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 min. or until lightly toasted, stirring occasionally.

Make Ahead

Combine all ingredients except nuts and dressing. Refrigerate until ready to serve, then toss with nuts and dressing.

Highly, highly recommend this salad. Great mixture of flavour. I felt like a gourmet chef. Served it last night and it was a huge hit with family and friends, children and adults. My husband had discouraged me from making it because it's "boring" spinach, and no one is going to have it. I had 24 guests and based on the reviews here, I took the risk and I made a large amount, enough for at least one serving. It was gone in no time!! Had to quickly make some more (another good point is that it's simple and easy to make). Everyone was back for seconds..and it was gone in no time as well. Definitely is a keeper, and I have already passed on the recipe to others.

I just found my favorite salad!! WOW!!! Easy to make and it taste great! Will do again but next time I will cut the apples a little smaller. Thanks Kraft Kitchens!!

This was great. I've made it several times over the last year and experimented with different salad dressings. I threw in some rasins as well and used just my normal Zesty Italian dressing, and it was a hit.

Very good and tasty, the entire family get together enjoyed it, there were approx 14 of us, instead of apples I used pears, nice change.

A refreshing yummy salad. The toasted pecans give it that extra yum. Even my husband who claims he does not like pecans also loved it.

I made this salad last night to accompany the Bruschetta Chicken Bake. This was really enjoyed by all. I will make this salad again. I especially enjoyed and pecans and apple. They really made the salad tasty. Judy
