My husband loved this! I added 2 cloves of garlic and some fresh pepper, a couple of shakes of Frank's hot sauce.
The next time I make it, I will cook the spagettini separately, for the time it takes it is alot easier, then you don't have to stand there and make sure it doesn't stick to the pan, I just think it would taste better without the "starch" from the pasta. I also only used 1/2 of the package of pasta and found that was enough, added more vegetables instead and a cup more chicken stock.
