What You Need

1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing, divided
2 carrots, cut into thin matchlike sticks
2 Tbsp. Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
8 large iceberg lettuce leaves

Make It

BROWN meat in large skillet. Remove from skillet; set aside.

HEAT 1 Tbsp. dressing in same skillet on medium-high heat. Add carrots; cook and stir 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in meat, remaining dressing and peanut butter; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

SPOON onto lettuce; roll up.

Serving Suggestion
Mix additional 1/4 cup dressing and 2 Tbsp. peanut butter with 1 Tbsp. water. Serve with the spring rolls.
Special Extra
For added flavour, season meat with 1/2 tsp. each crushed red pepper and grated gingerroot before browning.
Substitute
Prepare using leaf or Boston lettuce leaves.
