Asian Beef Stir-Fry recipe

What You Need

1 lb. (450 g) boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 pkg. (750 g) frozen stir-fry vegetables (snow peas, carrots, red and yellow peppers), thawed, drained
1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
2-2/3 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice

Make It

HEAT large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add meat and garlic; stir-fry 2 min.

ADD vegetables, dressing and soy sauce; stir-fry 3 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender and meat is done.

SPOON rice onto platter; top with meat mixture.
