12 cups packaged coleslaw mix
1 can  (10 fl oz/ 284 mL) mandarin orange segments, drained
1/2 cup KRAFT CATALINA Dressing
1/4 cup  MIRACLE WHIP CALORIE-WISE Dressing
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 cup  honey-roasted peanuts

TOSS coleslaw mix and oranges in large bowl.

MIX dressings and soy sauce in small bowl. Pour dressing mixture over coleslaw mixture; toss gently until well coated.

COVER and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or overnight. Sprinkle with peanuts just before serving.

Substitute
Substitute 6 cups each shredded napa and red cabbages and 1 cup shredded carrots for the packaged coleslaw mix.

Assemble this slaw up to one day ahead of time. Not only will you save time, you'll allow all of the flavours to combine.

" I used bagged coleslaw salad, but also added bagged shredded carrot for more color and taste. I also used calorie wise dressing to lower the fat. I added a few TBSP of brown sugar to to dressing mixture as well and felt it really increased the flavor. "
