Make It

Tap or click steps to mark as complete

  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Rinse corn; gently shake off excess water. Wrap ears individually in foil.
  • Grill 15 to 20 min. or until corn is tender, turning occasionally. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients.
  • Unwrap corn; spread with dressing mixture.

Serving Suggestion

Stack grilled corn (in foil) on platter. This will help keep the corn warm until ready to serve. Let your guests select their own ears of corn, then unwrap and spread with the dressing mixture.

Special Extra

Serve drizzled with fresh lime juice.

Its really yummy. My husband doesn't like butter on his corn and this is a brilliant substitute.
