Asparagus & Beef Stir-Fry recipe

What You Need

1/3 cup Kraft Catalina Dressing
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 lb. (450 g) beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 lb. (450 g) fresh asparagus spears, cut diagonally into 2-inch lengths
1 red pepper, cut into strips
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2-2/3 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice

Make It

HEAT dressing and soy sauce in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat.

ADD meat; stir-fry 3 min. Add asparagus and peppers; stir-fry 5 min. or until meat is done. Top with onions.

SERVE over rice.
