I've made these many times. I used lobster once instead of crab, which also turned out great. One time I garnished the top of each one with a salad-sized mini shrimp. For those who are having trouble with the mushrooms being too moist, make sure they are given ample time to dry after you wash them. I had them come up kind of mushy one time when I was rushing. I've turned on the broiler at the end as well to melt the cheese a little extra. Great job, Kraft!
