What You Need

12 slices crusty whole wheat bread, 1/2 inch thick
1/4 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Spread
1 tomato, halved, seeded and chopped
2 reduced-sodium bacon, cooked, crumbled
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

SPREAD bread with cream cheese product; place on baking sheet.

TOP with remaining ingredients.

BAKE 10 to 15 min. or until heated through.

Substitute
Substitute fresh basil for the parsley.
