Baja Buffalo Chicken Wings

What You Need

1/2 cup Bull's-Eye Blazin' Chipotle Barbecue Sauce
1/3 cup lime juice
1/3 cup tequila
1/3 cup chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
2 lb. (900 g) chicken wings, separated at joints, tips removed
1 green onion, sliced

Make It

MIX first 6 ingredients until blended; pour over chicken in shallow dish. Turn to coat both sides of each piece. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.

HEAT oven to 450ºF. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken in single layer on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.

BAKE 15 min. or until chicken is done. Sprinkle with onions.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with Pure Kraft Refrigerated Asiago Caesar Dressing as a dipping sauce.
How to Grill on the Barbecue
Heat barbecue to medium-high heat. Prepare marinade as directed, omitting barbecue sauce. Marinate chicken as directed. Remove from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken 19 to 20 min. or until done, turning occasionally and brushing with barbecue sauce for the last 10 min.
