What You Need

1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE BLAZIN' CHIPOTLE Barbecue Sauce
1/3 cup  lime juice
1/3 cup tequila
1/3 cup  chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp.  cayenne pepper
2 lb. (900 g) chicken wings, separated at joints, tips removed
1   green onion, sliced

Make It

MIX barbecue sauce, lime juice, tequila, chipotle peppers, garlic salt and cayenne pepper in large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken; seal bag. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat chicken with the barbecue sauce mixture. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.

PREHEAT oven to 450ºF. Remove chicken from marinade; discard bag and marinade. Place chicken in single layer in shallow foil-lined baking pan.

BAKE 15 min. or until chicken is cooked through. Serve topped with the onions.

How to Grill on the Barbecue
Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat. Prepare marinade as directed, omitting barbecue sauce. Add chicken to bag as directed. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate. Remove chicken from marinade; discard bag and marinade. Place chicken directly on barbecue. Grill chicken 19 to 20 min. or until cooked through, turning occasionally and brushing with the barbecue sauce for the last 10 min. of the grilling time.
