HEAT greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
PIERCE potatoes with fork or small sharp knife. Rub with oil.
PLACE potatoes on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 8 min. or until tender, turning after 4 min. Transfer from plate to barbecue grate.
GRILL 10 to 12 min. or until potatoes are crisp, turning occasionally. Cut potatoes in half; top with remaining ingredients. Grill 1 min. or until cheese is melted.
