what you need

4 salmon fillets (100 g each)
2 cups chopped fresh spinach
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/3 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Sun-Dried Tomato & Oregano Dressing

make it

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Place salmon fillets, skin-sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

COMBINE remaining ingredients; spoon over salmon.

BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until salmon flakes easily with fork.

Prepare as directed, substituting red snapper or orange roughy fillets for the salmon fillets.
