" Definitely a new favourite at our house and it makes a regular appearance on our dinner menu. Easy enough for every day dinners and fancy enough to impress company at a special dinner. I love that it is so easy to whip and up and that it tastes so great! We've substituted fresh tuna, moon fish, and marlin for the salmon and used different kinds of salad dressings. It always tastes great and the fish stays super moist."
