What You Need

3 cups chopped butternut squash
1   onion, chopped
2/3 cup KRAFT Double Cheddar Shredded Cheese
15   RITZ Crackers, crushed
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp.  MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F. Cook squash in boiling water in covered saucepan 15 min. or until tender. Rinse under cold water; drain.

MIX squash and remaining ingredients; spoon into 8-inch square baking dish.

BAKE 1 hour or until heated through.

" I have made this several times and always get requests for the recipe. People are always amazed at the ingredients. Even my daughter likes this. I also prefer to saute the onions first. I add extra cheese on top as I usually finish cooking it in the microwave because there is not enough room in the oven with a turkey. You can also broil it for a few minutes to get that baked look."
