What You Need

1 pouch Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix

1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley

1 egg

1 Tbsp. water

4 zucchini, cut crosswise in half, then quartered lengthwise

1/4 cup Pure Kraft Refrigerated Ranch Dressing

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

MIX coating mix and parsley on plate. Beat egg and water in shallow dish with fork until well blended.

DIP zucchini in egg mixture then in coating mixture, turning until evenly coated. Place in single layer on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 20 min. or until crisp-tender and golden brown. Serve with dressing.

I love, love, love this recipe. My hubby and I make it very frequently and our 2 kids (aged 3 and 2) love it also. The ranch dressing is a must! We also use the Ranch flavoured Shake and Bake! Delicious!

Not sure if I did something wrong but my sticks were really soggy and hard to pick up. taste was ok but Nothing special.

My family found them very bland. I think next time I would add some ranch dressing to the egg mixture before coating. And I would also use a different Shake N Bake flavour (maybe Herb & Parmesan or the Ranch)

delicious! and filling - low on calorie which is a good thing. I added a bit of garlic powder to the recipe - will certianly make again
