What You Need

1 pkg. (8 squares) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup non-hydrogenated margarine
1/4 cup orange-flavoured liqueur

Make It

COOK and stir chocolate and water in medium saucepan on low heat 3 to 5 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.

STIR in sugar. Bring to boil on medium heat; cook 2 min., stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

ADD margarine and liqueur; stir until margarine is melted and mixture is well blended.

Variation
Prepare using orange- or coffee-flavoured liqueur. Or for a non-alcoholic version, omit the liqueur.
Make Ahead
Cool sauce, then store in refrigerator up to 1 week. When ready to serve, reheat in saucepan on low heat until heated through, stirring constantly.
Serving Suggestion
Serve drizzled over poached fresh pears, scoops of ice cream or slices of angel food cake.
