MICROWAVE chocolate in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add chopped cookies; mix well.
SPREAD onto wax paper-covered baking sheet. Gently tap baking sheet on counter to smooth out surface of the chocolate mixture.
REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm. Break into pieces. Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
