What You Need

4 oz. Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate, chopped

3/4 cup butter

1-1/2 cups sugar

3 eggs

3/4 cup flour

1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted

2 cups Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows

1 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

MICROWAVE unsweetened chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add sugar; mix well. Blend in eggs. Add flour and nuts; mix well.

POUR into 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 40 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.)

HEAT broiler. Top warm brownies with marshmallows. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 min. or until marshmallows are golden brown. Melt semi-sweet chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over marshmallows. Cool completely.

Prepare brownies as directed. Top with additional 1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans after drizzling with melted chocolate.

I could not cut through the marshmallows without dragging them with the knife. They did not stay on the brownies while you were eating them. Not a huge success for me. I will not make them again.

WOW Soper easy to make, just really long cooking time. I greaesed the pan with pan the second time i made them and they came out alot easier.

Amazing!! Although they are very gooey....I don't think I'll use the hole package of marshmellows on top. Just one layer will do it.
