PREPARE pudding as directed on pkg.
CUT each unpeeled banana in half lengthwise, being careful to not cut all the way through to bottom peel. Place 1 banana, peel side down, in each of 4 dessert dishes. Spoon 1/2 cup of the pudding down the centre of each banana.
TOP each with 1 Tbsp. of the whipped topping and 2 cookies. Serve with a spoon for a paddle.
