BBQ "Pulled" Chicken Soup recipe

What You Need

1 Tbsp. oil
3 carrots, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
1 cup water
1/2 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked, finely shredded
1 cup broad egg noodles, uncooked
1/2 cup Kraft Mozza-Cheddar Shredded Cheese

Make It

HEAT oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add carrots and celery; cook and stir 3 min. Stir in garlic; cook 1 min. Add broth, water, barbecue sauce and chicken; stir. Bring to boil.

ADD noodles; cook just until tender, stirring occasionally. Simmer 5 min. on medium-low heat until vegetables are tender.

LADLE into 4 bowls; top with cheese.
