BBQ Sloppy Joes

What You Need

1 lb. (450 g) extra lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 red pepper, chopped
2 carrots, shredded
1/4 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Light Cheddar Cheese
4 whole wheat hamburger buns, split, toasted

Make It

BROWN meat with onions, peppers and carrots in large nonstick skillet on medium heat, stirring frequently.

ADD barbecue sauce; cook 5 min. or until mixture is heated through and peppers are tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in cheese.

SPOON evenly into buns.
