What You Need

40 Honey Maid Graham Wafers, finely crushed (about 2 cups)
1/4 cup sugar
1-1/2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
1 egg
1 cup milk
3 Tbsp. honey
1-1/2 cups Teddy Grahams Chocolate Cookies, divided
1/2 cup Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

MIX graham crumbs, sugar and baking powder in large bowl. Beat egg, milk and honey with whisk until well blended. Add to crumb mixture; stir just until moistened. Stir in 1 cup cookies.

SPOON into 12 greased muffin cups. Toss remaining cookies with marshmallows. Sprinkle over batter; press lightly into batter.

BAKE 16 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 min. before removing from pan. Serve warm.

To crush graham wafers, place them in a resealable plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.
Special Extra
For a special treat, drizzle muffins with 1 square melted Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate.

Use an ice cream scoop to quickly and neatly fill prepared muffin cups with batter.
