What You Need

1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
2 Tbsp. Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. (450 g) boneless beef round steak, cut into thin strips
3 carrots, peeled, diagonally sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
4 cups bok choy, cut into 1-inch-thick slices
2 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup cashews

Make It

MIX dressing and peanut butter until well blended. Heat oil in large skillet on high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until browned and almost cooked through. Remove meat from skillet; set aside. Add carrots and onions to skillet; cook on high heat 3 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

ADD meat, bok choy and peanut butter mixture; cook 4 min. or until meat is cooked through and sauce comes to boil, stirring frequently.

SPOON over rice; top with nuts.

Special Extra
Spice it up by adding 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper to the peanut butter mixture.
Substitute
Substitute 1 cup green beans for the bok choy.
