Beef Bruschetta Skillet

What You Need

1 lb. (500 g) boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
2 tsp. oil
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) beef broth
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1/2 cup Kraft 4 Cheese Italiano Shredded Cheese

Make It

COOK meat in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 2 min. or until evenly browned, stirring frequently. Remove meat from skillet; set aside.

ADD tomatoes, broth, garlic and basil to skillet. Bring to boil. Stir in rice; return to boil.

REDUCE heat to medium-low; stir in meat. Top with cheese; cover. Simmer 5 to 10 min. or until heated through.

Substitute 1 undrained can (19 fl oz/540 mL) diced tomatoes for the chopped fresh tomatoes.
