What You Need

300 g (1/3 of 900-g pkg.) linguine, uncooked
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. (500 g) beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup sliced carrots (about 2 medium)
1/2 cup beef broth
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Make It

COOK pasta in large saucepan as directed on package. Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak, broccoli and carrots; cook and stir 4 min. or until steak is evenly browned.

ADD broth, hoisin sauce, dressing and gingerroot; stir. Cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 3 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

DRAIN pasta; return to pan. Add steak mixture; toss lightly.

Sprinkle with 3 Tbsp. chopped peanuts just before serving.
Substitute
Use whatever fresh vegetables you have on hand, such as chopped peppers or onions, instead of the broccoli and carrots.
