Beef Noodle Bowl recipe

What You Need

300 g (1/3 of 900-g pkg.) linguine, uncooked
3 cups fresh broccoli florets
2 cups sliced carrots (about 3 medium)
2 tsp. oil
1 lb. (500 g) beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli and carrots to the cooking water for the last 2 min. of the pasta cooking time. Drain pasta mixture.

MEANWHILE, heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Add meat; cook until browned on all sides, stirring occasionally. Stir in dressing, teriyaki sauce and ginger; cook until sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.

PLACE pasta mixture in large serving bowl. Add meat mixture; mix lightly.

Special Extra
For added crunch, sprinkle with 1/2 cup peanuts just before serving.
Substitute
Substitute 1 Tbsp. freshly grated gingerroot for the ground ginger.
Substitute
You can use 4 cups of any short pasta shape or 300 g (1/3 of 900-g pkg.) of any long pasta that you like in this recipe.
