What You Need

3 cups whole grain cereal flakes with cranberries and almonds
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine, melted
1 pkg. (2-layer size) white cake mix
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 Tbsp. orange juice

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Combine cereal, brown sugar and margarine; set aside. Prepare cake batter as directed on package. Pour half of the batter into greased 13x9-inch baking pan; top with half each of the cereal mixture and raspberries. Repeat all layers.

BAKE 40 min. or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.

COMBINE icing sugar and orange juice. Drizzle over cake. Let stand until set. Cut into squares.

Substitute
Substitute blueberries or a mixture of your favourite berries for the raspberries.
Special Extra
Prepare as directed, using a fluted tube pan.
