Place ribs in large microwaveable bowl. Add 1/2 cup water. Microwave on HIGH 20 min., stirring gently after 10 min.; drain. Grill as directed.
Use Your Stove
Place ribs in Dutch oven or large saucepan. Add enough cold water to completely cover ribs; cover with lid. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 20 min.; drain. Grill as directed. This method is ideal for when you are cooking ribs for a crowd!
