Makeover - How We Did It
We've made over a traditional lasagne recipe by replacing the sausage with extra-lean ground beef and decreasing the amount, using low-fat cottage cheese instead of ricotta, and using Kraft Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese instead of full-fat mozzarella. These changes will save you 180 calories and 16g of total fat, including 8.5g of saturated fat, per serving.
