HEAT oven to 425°F.
BRUSH 1/4 cup dressing evenly onto both sides of steaks. Refrigerate 15 min.
MEANWHILE, cut potatoes into 1/4-inch-thick strips; place in large bowl. Add remaining dressing and Parmesan; toss to coat. Spread onto large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 22 to 24 min. or until crisp and golden brown, turning after 12 min.
HEAT large skillet on high heat. Add steaks; cook 1 min. on each side. Reduce heat to medium; cook steaks 8 min. or to medium doneness (160ºF), turning after 4 min. Serve with potatoes.
