Makeover - How We Did It
We took our classic brownie recipe and made it over. We reduced the fat by replacing the eggs with egg whites, decreased the amount of nuts and used a combination of applesauce and oil to replace the butter. You'll save 50 calories and 5 grams of fat, including 4 grams of saturated fat per serving by making these changes!

Using a small food strainer, sift 1 to 2 tsp. icing sugar over cooled brownies.
