Makes 3 cups or 24 servings, 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) each.
4 cups cranberries
2 cups  sugar
1/3 cup brandy

HEAT oven to 300°F. Place cranberries in 13x9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with sugar.

BAKE 1 hour.

STIR in brandy; pour into serving dishes or jars. Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
