PLACE a whole head of iceberg lettuce on cutting board, stem side up. Cut a 1-1/4-inch-thick slice off the right side of the lettuce. Then, cut a second slice off of the left side. Remove the centre of each slice, leaving a bowl-shaped layer of 4 or 5 tightly nestled leaves. Cover and refrigerate removed lettuce and remaining head of lettuce for another use.
FILL 1 of the lettuce sections with 6 slices (150 g) deli turkey, 1 Singles Light Slice, 1/4 cup chopped tomato and 1 Tbsp. Oscar Mayer Bacon Bits; drizzle with 2 tsp. Kraft Light Rancher's Choice Dressing.
COVER with remaining lettuce section to form sandwich; cut crosswise in half to serve.
