1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets, blanched

1 medium bunch of broccoli, cut into florets, blanched

1 medium onion, finely chopped

1 cup grated CRACKER BARREL Old Cheddar Cheese

1/2 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits

1 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

1 tsp. mustard

TOSS cauliflower, broccoli, onion, cheese and bacon bits in large salad bowl.

MIX dressing and mustard.

POUR over salad; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

To blanch vegetables, plunge into boiling water briefly (2 minutes), then into cold water to stop the cooking process. This will also retain the colour and flavour.
