What You Need

1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
1 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
2 whole wheat panini buns (6 inch), partially split
2 Tbsp. Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Spread
2 romaine lettuce leaves
1/4 lb. (115 g) sliced deli ham

Make It

COMBINE first 4 ingredients.

SPREAD bottom halves of buns with cream cheese spread.

FILL with lettuce, ham and tomato mixture.

Don't have fresh basil? You can use 1 tsp. dried basil leaves instead.
Make Ahead
