What You Need

1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 yellow pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1 Tbsp. oil
4 boneless beef minute steaks (1 lb./450 g)
1 cup Kraft 4 Cheese Italiano Shredded Cheese

Make It

PREPARE stuffing as directed on package. Combine tomatoes, peppers and dressing.

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steaks; cook 1 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Top with tomato mixture, stuffing and cheese; cover.

SIMMER on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted and steak done.

Special Extra
Stir 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil into tomato mixture before spooning over steaks.
Variation
Substitute 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts or 1/4-inch-thick boneless pork cutlets for the steaks, increasing the cooking time to 4 min. on each side until meat is done.
