2 boneless butterflied pork chops (1/2 lb./250 g)
1/2 pouch  (3 Tbsp.) SHAKE'N BAKE Original Coating Mix
1 large plum tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp.  KRAFT SIGNATURE Sundried Tomato and Oregano Dressing
1/2 cup KRAFT Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

PREHEAT oven to 425ºF. Coat chops with coating mix as directed on package. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 20 min. or until chops are cooked through (160ºF).

MEANWHILE, combine tomatoes and dressing; spoon over chops. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

Serve with a crisp green salad and hot cooked spaghetti tossed with olive oil and Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese.

" I made these for my family, which include a picky 3 and 6 year old. Everyone loved it and I've made it several times since. The first time I made it, I used Zesty Italian instead, and it turned out even better than the original receipe. Definitely a family favourite!"
