What You Need!

1 lb. extra lean ground beef
2 cups  salsa
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 cup  instant white rice, uncooked
1 can (14 fl oz/ 398 mL) refried beans, warmed
6 large  flour tortillas (10 inch)
1/2 cup KRAFT Tex Mex Shredded Cheese
1 cup  shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/3 cup  light sour cream

Make It!

BROWN meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Add salsa and green peppers; mix well. Bring to boil. Stir in rice; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min.

SPREAD beans evenly down centres of tortillas; top evenly with the meat mixture, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.

FOLD in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito-style. Serve with sour cream.
