What You Need

1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
2 cups salsa
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup instant white rice, uncooked
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) refried beans, warmed
6 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup Kraft Tex Mex Shredded Cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato, chopped
1/3 cup light sour cream

Make It

BROWN meat in large skillet; drain. Add salsa and green peppers; mix well. Bring to boil. Stir in rice; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min.

SPREAD beans down centres of tortillas; top with meat mixture, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.

FOLD in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito-style. Serve topped with sour cream.
