chicken Peppercorn Ranch green
hot Italian sausage Sundried Tomato red
pork Balsamic Vinaigrette savoy
frozen, cooked shrimp Creamy Caesar napa

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

SLICE a pound of meat and marinate in 1/4 cup Kraft Dressing for about 10 minutes.

BROWN meat with marinade over medium heat for a few minutes in a large frypan or wok. Add 1/2 a head thinly sliced cabbage and 1 each chopped onion, carrot and celery. Cook 10 minutes more or until cabbage is crisp-tender.

TOSS with 1/4 cup more dressing and serve over prepared rice.

For shrimp option, stir-fry vegetables for 5 minutes then add shrimp and stir-fry for 5 minutes more.

Napa cabbage is very delicate and should be added to the stir fry just before serving.

Cabbage is ready within about 10 minutes of stir-frying. After that it begins to lose it's colour and firm texture.
