Coffee and dessert in one!
4 hr 5 min
prepared Nabob Espresso Coffee or regular drip coffee
low-fat vanilla or chocolate frozen yogourt
Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
almond or coffee liqueur
COMBINE prepared coffee with liqueur.
POUR into 2 ice cube trays. Freeze 4 hours.
WHIRL coffee cubes in blender or food processor until slushy. Divide among 4 glasses. Add 1 or 2 scoops low-fat vanilla or chocolate frozen yogourt to each glass. Top with whipped topping.
This was absolutely delicious.
I would suggest mashing the cubes instead of using the blender.
It's faster and less chance of having everything melt.

What an ending to a meal. Easy, no fuss or mess. I used large wine glasses & grated chocolate on top of the dessert. Looked great.
