What You Need

1-1/2 pkg. (5.3 oz./150 g each) ladyfingers (18)
1 cup freshly brewed strong Maxwell House Original Roast Coffee, cooled, divided
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread
2 cups cold skim milk
2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Jell-O Vanilla Fat Free Instant Pudding
2 cups thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping, divided

Make It

BRUSH tops of ladyfingers with 1/4 cup of the coffee; place on bottom and up side of 2-L straight-sided serving bowl.

BEAT cream cheese and remaining 3/4 cup coffee in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Gradually add milk, beating well after each addition. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat until well blended. Stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping. Spoon into bowl. Top with remaining whipped topping and cover.

REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour before serving. Store any leftovers in refrigerator.

Shortcut
Substitute 2 tsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee Original Roast, dissolved in 1 cup hot water, for the freshly brewed coffee. Cool before using.
Special Extra
Sprinkle dessert with 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder. Garnish with sliced fresh strawberries.
