What You Need

2 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fig Balsamic Dressing, divided
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 tub (250 g) Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Spread
2 Tbsp. fat-free sour cream
3 cups cut-up mixed fresh vegetables (red pepper strips, small broccoli florets, baby carrots)

Make It

HEAT 1 Tbsp. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 25 to 30 min. or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Cool 10 min; chop.

BEAT cream cheese spread, sour cream and remaining dressing with mixer until well blended. Stir in onions.

SERVE with vegetables.

Special Extra
For stronger fig flavour, add 2 finely chopped dried figs to dip with the caramelized onions.
Make Ahead
Onions can be cooked ahead of time. Cool, then store in refrigerator up to 2 days before using to prepare dip as directed.
