2 large sweet onions, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp.  KRAFT SIGNATURE Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1 sheet frozen puff pastry (1/2 of 397-g pkg.), thawed
1/2 cup  (1/2 of 250-g tub) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
12 cup pitted kalamata olives, cut in half
1/4 cup  KRAFT 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme

HEAT oven to 400°F. Cook onions in dressing in large covered skillet on medium-low heat 25 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; set aside to cool.

MEANWHILE, roll pastry into 12-inch square on lightly floured surface. Place in parchment-lined 15x10x3/4-inch pan. Spread with cream cheese to within 1 inch of edges; top with remaining ingredients.

BAKE 15 min. or until pastry is golden brown. Serve warm or cooled to room temperature.

Substitute
No puff pastry? Prepare with phyllo dough instead. Layer 4 sheets of phyllo, brushing lightly with melted butter between the layers. Continue as directed, baking 18 to 20 min. or until golden brown.
Variation
Prepare using Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Spread, Kraft Signature Calorie-Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing and Kraft Light 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese.
