PEEL 2 medium onions, then cut into 1/4-in. thick slices. You should have about 2 cups onion slices.
HEAT 1 Tbsp. oil in large fry pan on medium heat. Add onions; cook 20 to 25 min. or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Stir in 1-1/2 tsp. sugar; cook 5 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
DRIZZLE with 2 Tbsp. Kraft Balsamic Dressing before serving.
